"Amazing Location and Condo, will be back!" "We just returned from a 2 1/2 week stay and loved the location of this condo.  We had stayed before at Kam Sands in other units, but the proximately of the condo to the beach, pool and BBQ was SO convienent, especially on the ground floor with kids.  This was also the cleanest condo we have ever stayed at in Maui.  We loved the neighbors, and made great friends around the pool area.

Dear Chris and Rose,
This was our first visit to Maui, and we loved it. We heard about you place on the internet. Your condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the Lanai. Very private. Great location too. The kids could walk to the pool on their own for a quick evening swim. The weather was beautiful our entire holiday. Very hot. We took surf lessons (Royal Hawaiian) a submarine tour (Atlantis Submarine) and drove The Road to Hana. Snorkeling at Honolulu Bay was great. Lots to see. Parasailing and lovely shops to snoop around in at Lahaina. Thank you for your outstanding accommodations. We will definitely return back SOON!!

P.S. Fred’s Mexican Café had good food and huge portions. Fun atmosphere and casual.

Thank you for such a week – appointed condo. We usually appreciated the stock of essentials & even extras like the picnic cooler. Felt very much at home. Our first trip to Hawaii and we’ll certainly be back!

Sunday, Nov 4 –
Rain!! Lots of rain, and much cooler. Supposed to rain Monday and Tuesday as well. Will be sorry to leave here tomorrow, it is so comfortable. We’ll be on Maui until Saturday – Kaanapalli – more golf – a massage – and Happy hour at the Aloha Grill in Lahaina – it’s the best Mai Tai!! Saturday night specials at the “Aloha” Grill are ribs and they were great!! On Monday we are going with friends to “Warren and Annabelle” in Lahaina.
Can’t wait to come back here.

P.S. Good place to eat is “The Big Wave” at the north end of Azeka Place Shopping on South Kihei Rd. Before 6:30 pm, it is two meals for the price of one! On Wednesday, at 3:30 is the Mai Tai party at the pool – great fun and wonderful music! “Da Kitchen” has very good food, as well.

What a lovely vacation home you have. It is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The lanai is very nice and private for meals, visiting, or just relaxing. Dad played golf, of course, and I shopped, explored, and hung out. Very warm weather, beautiful!

The cell phone reception in Kihei is so good we didn't have a need for it.   But thanks for getting it set up anyway. Just wanted to thank you for the use of the lovely condo. It certainly made things really comfortable to have a condo for two weeks vs a hotel type of living arrangement.   It was stocked with everything you needed.   Living here in Vermont with the cool and buggy evenings, we don't get the opportunity to sit outside to eat breakfast or dinner.......that was really lovely.

We had a wonderful time in Maui. Your condo is very nice and spacious, clean, and well equipped. Thank you so much for going an extra mile to have the towels, chairs, beach umbrella, boards ready for us... It is also great to have the new utensils, pots, small appliances... The patio is nice and shady, with the most comfortable patio furniture. We really enjoyed the stay and will recommend your condo to everyone!
