Crystal Rose Cottage is a single story Ocean View home with 2 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms located in Roads End Lincoln City.

This home sleeps 8 people comfortably and has great Ocean Views out of most of the home.

The 2 large Master Suites each have their own bathroom and flat panel wall mounted LCD TV with built in DVD player. Each King Mattress is a luxury pillow top that will probably give you one of the best nights rest you've ever had.

The rooms are separated by a large open inviting family room decorated with comfortable leather furniture, a large stone fireplace with gas log insert, and a flat panel Plasma TV mounted above the fireplace. This is a great space to sit back, kick up your feet and relax. This room has over 27 feet of window looking out toward the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

The completely stocked kitchen has been remodeled and updated with a new side-by-side refrigerator with both water and ice in the door, a glass cook top oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining table sits just off the kitchen with great views of the ocean and family room.

There is a large wrap-around deck perfect for watching the beautiful Oregon Sunsets or just unwinding from the day’s activities. The deck overlooks a 5,000 square foot grassy lot with a fire pit in the middle that is a shared common space with our 7 Bedroom Crystal Rose property located to the East of that lot.

The beach is a short 5 minute walk to a public entrance that leads you to 11 miles of the most beautiful stretch of walk able beach in Oregon. For late night entertainment our home is a 1 minute drive to Chinook Winds Casino that consistently hosts some of the best music artists from around the country.

Lincoln City also offers more to do than any other Oregon Coastal City with the largest Factory Outlet Mall, Specialty Shops, Antique Malls, Art Galleries, Devil's Lake for fishing, water skiing and boating, Chinook Winds Golf Coarse, and multiple seasonal events such as Kite Flying Contest, Sand Castle Contests, a Community Center for playing basketball & indoor swimming, and more...

If you're flexible on your dates and would like to stay less than the required minimum stay, call or email us and we'll help you find openings without staying for our "2 to 3 night minimum" requirements.

Reservation Deposit/$150 required within seven days of confirmation.

Full Payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning Fee charged at time of full payment received- $85.00 (non-refundable)
1% Oregon State Lodging Tax will be collected.

Our home is located in Roads End so you don't have to pay the additional 9.5% Lincoln City Tax that homes in the City have to charge!

SECURITY DEPOSIT: By making a reservation you agree to allow us to keep your credit card on file till after your stay. Owner may charge amounts reasonably necessary to remedy defaults in payments of rent, to repair damage or do extra cleaning due to above normal use caused by guest or others while under guest's control. Once inspection of property is made and found in good condition, i.e. no damages or extra departure cleaning expenses we will destroy all records of your credit card.

Notice of Cancellations

Once deposit is received there is $50.00 cancellation fee.

Full deposit less $100.00 will be returned for cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to the reservation arrival date with the exception of 30 days notice required for holidays and high season. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date unless the reservations dates being cancelled are rebooked to other guests. Please refer to the Guest Registration and Agreement form for high season rentals and holidays.

If you shorten your length of your stay within 31 days or more, prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled nights less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged 30% of total costs of the cancelled nights. 7 days prior to arrival, no refund for cancelled nights.

For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, above rules apply.

When you have paid in full, we will provide you with directions to the house, an access code to get the key out of the lockbox located next to the garage door, another security code, plus instructions for operating the alarm system and punching in the code on the keypads located through the next door to your right that enters into the hallway.

Keys are provided in each home. One key is in the lockbox and 4 other keys are on the key rack by the kitchen. A $50.00 lock replacement charge will apply if keys are missing.

A credit card is required to hold a reservation. After the contract has been signed and returned to Crystal Rose Properties, a deposit is required either by check or run on the credit card. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival if paying by credit card or 45 days prior to arrival if paying by check.
Short notice reservations (30 days or less) must be paid in full when reservation is made. There are no refunds for early departures.
Crystal Rose Properties is not and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. A $20.00 service charge and COD costs are required if you request us to pick-up and mail any items left in our home.
Upon final payment you will be sent instructions for check-in. We will provide you with directions to the house, an access code to get the key out of the lockbox located next to the garage door, and a security alarm code.
We take pride in keeping our Luxury home clean and in working order, however, we cannot be held responsible for the breakdown or failure of equipment. Please contact us immediately if you encounter a problem.
Daily maid service is not included in your reservation, but is available for an additional charge. Please contact Crystal Rose Properties ahead of time to make arrangements.
The current local lodging tax of 1% is applied for daily and weekly rentals. All taxes, rates and fees are subject to change.
Crystal Rose Properties has an occupancy limit of 26. Occupancy numbers include all children over 12 months and are in effect 24 hours a day (this includes any guests that would visit the property at any time).
No pets are allowed in our home. We are sorry but we cannot make any exceptions.
Our luxury home is furnished with appropriate linens, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Please do not remove any items from our home, or take any furnishings outside.
You will find an initial supply of soap, paper products, shampoo and lotion to get you started.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent with a major credit card under your name from Crystal Rose Properties.
Our luxury home is non-smoking. No exceptions.
We ask each of our guests to comply with the rules as outlined above. If you fail to adhere to these rules there will be a forfeiture of your $300 security deposit and you may be asked to leave the premises.
