This fifteen-acre resort provides a warm, relaxed vacation setting, filled with fish ponds, tropical gardens, fountains and waterfalls. Located at the base of the famous Mt. Haleakala in the town of Kihei, Kamaole Sands is part of Maui's sunny western coast and sits directly across one of the island's finest beach parks.
This property is located right on the Kihei/Wailea border steps away from the Kamaole "Gold Coast" beaches, the finest & least crowded beaches in all of Maui where you can snorkel, go beach combing, walk for miles, & experience the beautiful Maui Sunsets. The pool is one of the best and largest out of all the area condominiums in the area. The pool deck was recently renovated and the decking was replaced with beautiful flagstone. You will find two jet spas one for adults only and one for families, a large pool, and a children's wading pool, lounge chairs, exercise room, activity center, evening security, eight BBQ’s, picnic area, two separate Jacuzzis (one adult only) and a children’s wading pool. There are also 4 recently renovated tennis courts. You will be walking distance to many shops and restaurants and some of Maui's only lifeguard supervised beaches. Several world class golf courses, resorts and restaurants are minutes away.
Our ground floor quiet corner unit has 818 sq ft. with two full bathrooms, one bedroom with California king bed, and a queen size Murphy bed in the living room and air-conditioning throught. Ceiling fan in the bedroom as well as the living room. The fully equipped kitchen looks out toward a private lanai with lush tropical garden setting. Keys are provided in our Condo. Two set of keys is hanging in the key hook located next to the bedroom in the hallway. Another key is in the lock box which we recommend that you keep in there at all times. A $100.00 lock replacement charge will apply if keys are missing.

Upon final payment you will be sent instructions for check-in. We will provide you with directions to the Condo, access code to get the key out of the lockbox, instructions on the safety deposit box and the Security Access card.

There is a key in the safe door for your use during your stay. This is the only key to the safe. If it is lost during your stay there is a $350.00 charge to drill out the lock and re-key it for the next guest. Again, you have the only key. Upon your departure the key should be left in the safe lock for the next guest.

After you arrive at our unit please take time to register at the front desk and ask for a security gate parking card. The initial charge for registering and the gate card is charged to us so please remind the front desk if they try and pass the charge onto you.

2 night minimum is required. Check-in 4:00pm, Check-out 11:00am.

A credit card is required to hold a reservation. After the contract has been signed and returned to Crystal Rose Properties, a deposit is required either by check or run on the credit card. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival if paying by credit card or 45 days prior to arrival if paying by check.

Short notice reservations (30 days or less) must be paid in full when reservation is made. There are no refunds for early departures.

Crystal Rose Properties is not and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. A $40.00 service charge and C.O.D. costs are required if you request us to pick-up and mail any items left in our home.

We take pride in keeping our Condo clean and in working order, however, we cannot be held responsible for the breakdown or failure of equipment.

Daily maid service is not included in your reservation, but is available for an additional charge. Please contact Crystal Rose Properties ahead of time to make arrangements.

Rates do not include an 13.42 % tax which are Hawaii State Tax and Transient Accommodations which is applied for daily and weekly rentals. All taxes, rates and fees are subject to change.

Crystal Rose Maui has an occupancy limit of 4. Occupancy numbers include all children over 12 months and are in effect 24 hours a day.

No pets are allowed in our home. We are sorry but we cannot make any exceptions.

Our Condo is furnished with appropriate linens, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Please do not remove any items from our home, or take any furnishings outside.

You will find an initial supply of soap, paper products, shampoo and lotion to get you started.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent with a major credit card under your name.

Our Condo is a non-smoking unit. No exceptions. There are designated smoking areas on site.

We ask each of our guests to comply with the rules as outlined above. If you fail to adhere to these rules there will be a forfeiture of your $300 security deposit and you may be asked to leave the premises.
