Tthis beautiful home can be summed up in two words - Practical Elegance. Crystal Beach Lincoln City sleeps up to 26 comfortable and features Maple hardwood floors, granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, Marble Master Bath with a large Marble Shower complete with 4 body jets for the ultimate shower experience. There is also a 6 ft. jetted Jacuzzi soaking tub with it's own heater. Each bedroom carries it's own unique look and feel and are beautifully decorated with full built-in's in each closet. The kitchen was designed by a gourmet cook and opens to the spacious dining room and living room area which is great for large groups, corporate gatherings, or large families. The dining room has seating for 19 people with an additional seating option on the 2nd level for 6 more people for a total of 25. If you're into playing pool or would like to sit down for a friendly game of Texas Hold' em or just want to sit out on the 2nd floor deck and enjoy the views then the upstairs great room is where you want to be. The great room features a new 8' Pool table professionally installed and leveled, a 8 person poker table, gas fireplace, and 32" LCD flat screen TV with all your favorite channels. The Pub Table is the perfect spot for pool spectators and there is also a Queen Sofa/Sleeper just off the deck for the best sunset viewing of the house. The upstairs great room opens up to overlook the kitchen and dinning room so you're never far from what's happening down below.
The beach is just a short 5 minute walk from the front door and easy beach access give you the freedom to explore one of the best stretches of sand Lincoln City has to offer. 1% Oregon State Lodging Tax will be collected.
Our home is located in Roads End so you don't have to pay the additional 9.5% Lincoln City Tax that homes in the City have to charge!
SECURITY DEPOSIT: By making a reservation you agree to allow us to keep your credit card on file till after your stay. Owner may charge amounts reasonably necessary to remedy defaults in payments of rent, to repair damage or do extra cleaning due to above normal use caused by guest or others while under guest's control. Once inspection of property is made and found in good condition, i.e. no damages or extra departure cleaning expenses we will destroy all records of your credit card.

Notice of Cancellations |
Once deposit is received there is $50.00 cancellation fee.
Full deposit less $100.00 will be returned for cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to the reservation arrival date with the exception of 30 days notice required for holidays and high season. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date unless the reservations dates being cancelled are rebooked to other guests. Please refer to the Guest Registration and Agreement form for high season rentals and holidays.
If you shorten your length of your stay within 31 days or more, prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled nights less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged 30% of total costs of the cancelled nights. 7 days prior to arrival, no refund for cancelled nights.
For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, above rules apply.

A credit card is required to hold a reservation. After the contract has been signed and returned to Crystal Rose Properties, a deposit is required either by check or run on the credit card. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival if paying by credit card or 45 days prior to arrival if paying by check.

Short notice reservations (30 days or less) must be paid in full when reservation is made. There are no refunds for early departures.

Crystal Rose Properties is not and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. A $20.00 service charge and COD costs are required if you request us to pick-up and mail any items left in our home.

Upon final payment you will be sent instructions for check-in. We will provide you with directions to the house, an access code to get the key out of the lockbox located next to the garage door, and a security alarm code.

We take pride in keeping our Luxury home clean and in working order, however, we cannot be held responsible for the breakdown or failure of equipment. Please contact us immediately if you encounter a problem.

Daily maid service is not included in your reservation, but is available for an additional charge. Please contact Crystal Rose Properties ahead of time to make arrangements.

The current local lodging tax of 1% is applied for daily and weekly rentals. All taxes, rates and fees are subject to change.

Crystal Rose Properties has an occupancy limit of 26. Occupancy numbers include all children over 12 months and are in effect 24 hours a day (this includes any guests that would visit the property at any time).

No pets are allowed in our home. We are sorry but we cannot make any exceptions.

Our luxury home is furnished with appropriate linens, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Please do not remove any items from our home, or take any furnishings outside.

You will find an initial supply of soap, paper products, shampoo and lotion to get you started.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent with a major credit card under your name from Crystal Rose Properties.

Our luxury home is non-smoking. No exceptions.

We ask each of our guests to comply with the rules as outlined above. If you fail to adhere to these rules there will be a forfeiture of your $500 security deposit and you may be asked to leave the premises.
