After the contract has been signed and returned to Crystal Rose Properties a credit card is required to hold your reservation. A deposit is required paid by credit card 7 days after your confirmation has been sent otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your request. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival if paying by credit card or 45 days prior to arrival if paying by check.
